Wedding Basics - $75
A 90 minute meeting to get you started on planning your wedding. We
discuss the different options for weddings and receptions, invitation
styles, wedding etiquette, menu styles, local wedding and reception
sites, and basic budgeting. I leave you with some sample wedding
ceremonies, a budgeting worksheet, a wedding planning time line, and
a good place to start. This Service is also offered for other events.

Budgeting - $125
A 2 hour meeting to help you set a realistic budget. We discuss the
items on a typical wedding or event budget sheet and compare them to
your wedding. I also suggest ways to trim your budget but still have a
wonderful day. I leave you with a custom budget for your wedding or
event.

Local Vendors - $50
A 1 hour meeting to discuss local vendors for flowers, cakes, catering,
music, photography, videography, transportation, and venues for
ceremonies, receptions and other events.

Invitation Design - $25/hour (typically 4 hours)
We specialize in one of a kind invitation designs to fit every style and
budget. A 1 hour meeting to discuss the kind of invitations you would
like and to look at some examples resulting in a custom designed
invitation, response card and thank you card set with instructions and
sources for parts.

Invitation Preparation and Mailing - $25/hour (depends on intricacy)
If you are running short on time or creative impulse, let us assemble,
address, and mail your invitations. The inner envelopes of wedding
invitations are hand addressed, outer envelopes are addressed with
clear computer printed labels. We also provide you with a second set of
address labels for your Thank You notes.

Site Selection -$250
Looking for a site in San Luis Obispo County for your wedding,
reception, or event? Let us help you narrow the choices down. We'll
meet with you to select 4 sites to go view, set-up appointments and go
with you to take a look. We'll be able to point out all the possibilities, and
problems, with a potential site.

Ceremony Schedule and Design - $125
Looking for all the parts of a traditional ceremony? How about
something unique? Want to include Aunt Janis' nine children but not
sure how? Let us help you design a ceremony that fits you perfectly. A
90 min meeting to talk about what you want in your ceremony including
traditions, ways to include family and friends, and decorations.
Afterwards we'll send you a written description of the ceremony time line
and any other items we discussed.

Reception Schedule and Design - $175
2 90 min meetings to develop your reception plan. We talk about
location, formality, menus, decorations, time lines, transportation and
traditions at the first meeting. At the second meeting we go over the
plan and time line It's Your Party has prepared. We'll make any updates
to the plan and send it and the reception time line to you.

Wedding Etiquette - $25/hour
If you have questions about wedding etiquette, either traditional or
modern, we can help you tread the narrow path between courtesy and
convenience.

Seating Charts - $75 per 100 guests
Let us design a seating layout that best uses the space you have. We
take into account all aspects of your event including serving style, guest
relations and event formality. If necessary we will work with the banquet
manager or caterer to make sure everyone is happy. We will also
supply name tents, table tents and a seating diagram for the event.

Favor Design - $75
A one hour meeting to help you choose a keepsake for your guests that
will show your unique style and fit within your budget. We'll supply you
with a source for the favor and assembly instructions if any.

Favor Preparation - $25/hour (depends on intricacy)
No time to make up 250 organza bags with Jordan Almonds? No idea
how to tie a perfect bow? We can assemble your wedding favors or
goody bags for you. We also know of many online sources for favors
and packaging.
