Theme Design

Every event needs a theme. It can be as simple as "Backyard BBQ" or as
complex as you can imagine. The theme helps you decide what the invitations
are going to look like, what decorations to have and what food to serve. The
theme also makes your guests excited about your event and lets them know
what to expect. Make an appointment to talk with us about the theme for your
event. We can create invitations, goody bags, menus, and activities to go with
your theme. Our custom designs can even be uploaded and used with E-vite.

Event Planning

Once you have a theme, you need to plan the details of your event. The location,
start time, length and activities can all depend on the type and age of guests at
your event. An efficient plan for your event helps everything move along smoothly

Vendor Management

One of the most time consuming and frustrating aspects of planning any event is
finding and coordinating equipment rentals, caterers, bakeries, photographers,
DJs and other professionals that help make your event a success. We have
done the hard part for you, researching and compiling a list of vendors in San
Luis Obispo County. We can suggest vendors based on their specialties,
strengths, and availability. We can also coordinate with those vendors making
sure everyone is on the same page and that the event runs smoothly.

The day of your event is here. Many people put so much time and effort into their
event they never get a chance to enjoy it. They dash here and there making sure
